I didn't when I was young, still don't but I never went on holiday to take risks.... Fine, venturing around Brazil wasn't the safest thing to do, but most people thought I was a local until I spoke.

I think many people are so far removed from nature they don't have any understanding of what can be dangerous.

It's odd to think that if Jay hadn't been given a slap on the wrist for violently attacking someone with a machete that he'd probably still be alive.

I believe I read a post from that machete victim that was quite supportive of the family and finding Jay alive and well. Which would indicate he probably had a much better character than the deceased Mr Slater.
