Yes I had this & Warned about it in this thread. Re instal & patch is the only answer, Fortunetly there is a cumulative patch.

Pfft, patched installed and it's still the same cack it was when they ruined it with one of their previous "patches".

BF2142 still walks all over this, less irritating and fewer unrealistic restrictions.

bf2142 is completely unrealistic, so i don't know why you are using realism as an argument between the two.

Does the widescreen support fix the FOV or is it still cropped?

of? TBH, bf2 will never die out. COD hasn't even died out yet

And bf2 is miles better than cod. BF2 is the ultimate, they even train the al-Qaeda on it!

Tried the patch, New map is a Death trap but Great fun. can't connect to some servers in the list though, I click on them it pauses for 2 secs then just unhooks, Thought it was me but I connected to a few servers no probs. Maybe it depends which beta version you have or summit I don't know I was just glad it patched up fine & played, The new map will take some learning that's for sure.

Im getting this too, although i get what malc gets as well with some servers, it just goes back to server list after you hit join/

i meant for me personally. I only play PR on rare occasions now

that will pickup after uni work is done though!

Lol, nope after a play about and rechecking stuff, its now ok, no bars.. Still getting dumped out every min tho
