BTW what the hell is going wrong with the game servers? I'm banned from several servers now because i started "capturing flags". What kind of a ridiculous reason can there be for not letting you play the game how it's meant to be played?

usually play @ weekends & in the very early hours as I work nights.

That said, I'm having a night off BF2 tonight.

There is about 20 gotland servers

some are EURO all maps,

Best way find people online is using bf2 tracker

Just serach for users and add them as buddies, when they are online it will tell you were they are playing. -:TNP:-muzzy could be your first

For those you have lost the cd but still have the manual you can download it for free using EA Dowloader.

Strange, I decided to add the cd key to my account, it only worked for Special Forces but not for BF2 vanilla.

Do you have different keys? Vanilla key is normally on the back of the bf2 manual

Yes it's the one from the back of the manual. I registered it in the same place as the Xpack and addons, all of them worked except for the actual game

oh well... must be because it's old?

If I try to register it again it says it's invalid (the first time it went through OK).

No commanders is a Great rule on IO as it encourages Brutal street fights & surprise kick offs all over the place.
Not capturing flags though is Pure & utter gayness & a Hideous Blot on the beauty of BF2 IO, Those that run such servers should be Ashamed Very ashamed.

I brought the complete Battlefield 2 collection the other day.
It has Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2 Special Forces, Battlefield 2 Euro Force and Battlefield 2 Armored Fury. i registerd the booster pack.
what i have On my desk is Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2 Special Forces.
But i don't have the choice of the other 2,
Battlefield 2 Euro Force, and Battlefield 2 Armored Fury.
how do i play the other 2 ?

Armoured Fury is just a few extra maps iirc and not a "proper" stand-alone expansion, therefore no direct start-up icon. I never bought euro forces so i am not sure about it.
