Acer XB270HU - Worlds First IPS, 1440p, 144hz, Gsync

The rest are single stuck pixels, like this:

which country did you order yours from? it's odd, as i've seen some reports around of dead pixel problems but they seem to be mostly from mainland Europe. people in UK and USA who have got one so far seem to be experiencing much better quality control and very few issues. i wonder if there's a particularly bad batch somewhere or some European retailer has bought some B-grade / low grade stock and passing them off that way?

Germany. It's a well-known EU retailer (authorized seller for many major hardware brands) so I don't think B-grade stock is the issue. It's only my bad luck :D I already sent it back... I just hope to have the replacement in time for GTA V.

was only thinking out loud really. the only reports i've seen of major dead pixel issues seems to be from European stock, so maybe just a bad batch somewhere. hope your replacement is better anyway :)

This monitor is faster than the ROG Swift;

Slightly higher response time but lower signal processing time, resulting in a faster monitor.

Also to something I said earlier;

ArmA 3 does have some weird blurring (not the in-game blur from the options menu), however I'm not sure that game runs at 144Hz when playing? I need to investigate further.

It was because I had OD set to off. It needs to be set to Normal for the best result. Removed all the blurring.
