Hopefully will hook up with some of you in game over the weekend, ive booked mon/tues off next week too

Just registered a new account (as my other two seem to have gone) with the Rhino.

Its a bit sucky that the download is via torrent, lucky ive found it elsewhere (usenet) and am downloading at 1.6MB/s

1d14h? at 1000kb/s? surely that can't be right, manage to get 80gb in a day once @ 1,600kb/s.

Edit: nvm, I see it's about as accurate as Windows estimation.

Hmmm - I got my e-mail today and created an account as I was told - how come I have not been directed to the download site/link by either my e-mail from Jersey or by Funcom, even though I chose to purchase it when I set up my account - what gives?

Did I do something wrong?

Same, seems weird. Didn't get a link either.

It definitely isn't on mine, I've been through every page and there is no sign of a link to the download.

Is your account still showing as pending? if so it wont appear.

yeah so's mine on the page you get after signing up but if you go to the funcom site-->my account (and login)-->and then click on view payments on the right hand side of the screen it will show if you are pending or not?

mines been sat at pending since 3.30 this afternoon, just hoping it isn't anything to do with the problem some people are reputed to be having when trying to pay by debit card :mad:

Just hope it gets approved before the 17th otherwise you won't be able to play even with it downlaoded. They really need to add more cards to the payment types, thankfully i have a mastercard but had to pay for all my brothers accounts since they didnt have one on the list to be safe.

Can anyone whos played the game already tell me what it feels like compared to toher MMOs? Does it play like WoW or Guild Wars or FFXI? As theyre the only other MMOs ive played and i like them...just wanna know what the game's like

Control interface of WoW, with the PvP of MxO and more depth than Ultima Online and Lord of the Rings online put together. In fact the newb section I played through at beta had more depth, storyline and what felt like useful quests (rather the pointless grinds) than any other MMO to date. I think I have just about played them all
