Air fryers

I purchased Sage Smart Oven™ Air Fryer a couple of years ago and have never used my main oven since. It bakes my bread and makes perfect chips. Happy days!!

Yeah, it's how i found out too, lucky caught in fast from the smell :D

Same here...Mrs put it in and I smelt it and thinking what the heck....we learnt our lesson.

I have a couple of silicon moulds for quick turner over for meal prep or to separate the meat and veg quickly but nothing beats it bare!

The moulds have got manky even after cleaning them after every cook.

See post #685 :D can rinse out the foil trays to use again depending on what you are cooking.

Silicone stuff is great for things like spatulas and collapsible strainers etc but for cooking food on or in, I'm not convinced.

impressed with the silicone inserts bought for the Ninja Foodi MAX Dual , easy to clean and saves so much time cleaning up not really noticed difference in cooking just shake or turnover stuff more

Have you a dishwasher? I found them a pig to wash by hand just but some might be better than others I guess..

No dishwasher, I clean it by hand certain stuff I don't use it for where I want the juices to drop below

Foil trays take some beating but that looks a decent one for cleaning up. Some are a real pig to get the food off.

That can get sucked up the fan if it’s not held down properly.

First hand experience.
I used to line Max Health Grill with foil but it sucked up the foil from under the grill plate!

I don't bother now, instead wait until cooled and soak up the fat with kitchen towels. Then wash the plates in the dishwasher.

Cleaning the roof of the grill is the awkward part, just wish it was more accessible and then it would be perfect.
