I'll be getting a 62 on Thursday and was thinking about some CCD tubes.

Would there be any easy way of turning them on and off without opening up the case (or switching the whole pc on/off)?

(Also getting Akasa All-In-One 21 Function Panel if that helps).

Ahuh i turn mine on and off via the fron panel slot, not perfect but it does the job.

There you go, just pull the on/off switch off- thread the wires and then reconnect :)

Not too sure i like the look of that solution Krowzer-nice idea but looks a little messy.

I wouldn't mind a switch that i can adapt to fit to the back of a spare pci slot that would control a couple of ccds if that's possible.

Most cathodes come with a PCI-slot switch - the Akasa ones certainly used to. AC Ryan ones still do - they even have the "pulse to the beat" function( :rolleyes: ) and of course - because it's AC Ryan you'll be on first name terms with both watches of the local fire brigade ;) .
