My 5950x 250w if that helps
Is that total CPU package power as reported in HWinfo64?
I get around 200W on my 5900x, and a CB23 multi of about 23000 for that.
5000D ordered with a 120mm Arctic PWN PST fan The changes over the 4000D were enough to warrant the extra cost for me and I will mount the rad on the front side area as that looks most efficient leaving 2x 140mm for front intake.
Nice!
My Asus mobo still showing pre-order though which is not cool...
Edit*
Is a rear exhaust even needed any more? I realise now I will have the top vents to use as exhaust, so could just move my current 140mm PST to the rear top that becomes the exhaust...
Well I ordered at 4:19pm (41 minutes before pre-orders should have opened) so assume I bagged one of the apparently few Asus Maximus Hero's with my 12900K. I'll be very annoyed if not!! LOLWhat about orders such as mine, for CPU & Motherboard - if not enough motherboard stock tomorrow, will the CPU's be shipped out separately on the same order?
Edit - Doh, didn't see Gibbo's first post. Fingers crossed I ordered early enough for what stock there will be of the Maximus Z690 Hero
Expect to wait 2 weeks!! J...F.....C. What a joke!!Just a heads up guy's you can now finally order the Corsair LGA 1700 standoffs from their site, Just ordered mine.

AMD "we are not doing Big - Little cores"
MLID "AMD are doing Big - Little cores"
AMD said:AMD filed a patent for hybrid processors featuring heterogeneous general-purpose cores as far back as 2017, but the company does not seem to have plans to bring such CPUs to the market before operating systems for PCs can use them properly. Joe Macri, Vice President and Product Chief Technology Officer at AMD, sees how different types of cores could bring advantages to PCs, but not before OSes get an appropriate scheduler and memory allocator
"Over time I think there will be a point when we are going to need 'little,' and it will be a point in time when the OS has the right attributes, the right capabilities in its scheduler and memory allocator, we'll have the right memory subsystem," said Macri. 'We'll be able to give you not just a little bit better experience, but a much better experience
shouldnt there be reviews up it the from usa or austraila sites different timezones??
I feel your pain. I've been through countless options looking for any feasible solution and just ended up getting hold of a MSI MEG CORELIQUID S360 360mm AIO. It will have to do until I can get a proper CPU block. Fortunately I have another machine I can put it on after I'm finished with it but the wallet has taken a beating in the last 24 hours
excellent ..
