Alien: Isolation Trailer

How many hours does it take to finish? just deciding if it will be my next game to play from the collection I have to go through..
 
I read about 15 hours. More if you take your time. The game so far for me is quite stealthy and slow which I quite like. It doesn't seem like a game you can just rush through.
 
Just picked a new copy of the Nostromo edition for £14.99, I'm looking forward to playing this :)
 
I got this as part of s budle for the ps4. I stared to play it and loved it but the cut scenes issue where ruining my immersion. Have they been fix and it the game in a good current state?
 
Cheers last time I played it before xmas they tried to patch it but broke some other part of the game so removed the patch
 
Got up to chapter 5 and just had my first death by alien. Game is so intense I'm so glad I bought it. Best thing I've played for ages and the best Alien franchise game ever IMO.
 
Got this game for Christmas and finally got around to playing this weekend.

Finding it to be a very good survival horror game so far, just finished Chapter 7 I think. The game looks great and really captures the mood of the original movies well.

Pacing is slow but for the better - perhaps slow just a little too often at times, but at least it makes deaths more punishing.
It's been a long time since a video game (or movie) has made me jump and actually had me a little scared! :o... I'm playing in the dark with headphones.
 
Ah ok will have to try the revolver on him see if that fends him off for a while until I get the flamethrower. Although saying that I think using weapons should be last resort in this. Cheers
