It's odd that they would mention three strikers who are all pretty much unobtainable. Serie A doesn't look like an attractive proposition at this moment in time, especially with the match fixing stuff still lingering in the background.

I have a feeling that even if an agreement isn't reached with van Persie, he will still be at the club next season, as in Wenger won't sell him and I doubt the board will force a sale either. You'd think we'd have learned from past mistakes in this sort of situation, his contract should have been negotiated a long time ago. :mad:
 
Well so long as we sign Del Piero or get him as a part swap deal for RVP ill be happy (:p:cool:)

Will be happy when i see the M'Vila signing confirmed.

Lump everything we have left on Martinez before Bilbao kick off tonight and spain win the euros! Go Wenger Go :)
 
No chance RVP would go to Italy, in fact I think he'd only leave Arsenal if Barca or Real Madrid came in for him. Given he's down to his final year I'm pretty surprised more interest hasn't been shown in him already tbh :/
 
I think RvP may go to Italy, doubt he'd stay in England, Real/Barca have no space for him, Bayern would be a great move but I don't see it

Real/Barca can always make space for RVP;)...personally i wouldnt be surprised if RVP goes to either Barca to join up with Fab or to Real.

LOL Del Piero as great a player he is, is far too old now and Wenger would never consider him even on a free i imagine. I say this because in the past Wenger only gives players over 30yrs old a 1 yr contract...one of the reasons why Gallas left us as he wasnt getting more than a yr.
 
To throw another name in the hat, I think id like to see Erikson at United. He played well for Ajax against us, looks composed on the ball and picked out some good passes aswell as getting up and down.

Might be someone that everyone else seems to have overlooked? :D

not more recently, since people like Hazard and Verthongen have started being named, along with Kagawa.

Hell, id just like anyone thats of moderate profile and ability to come and freshen our midfield up.

I see Sneijder has been touted again.

Confusion over M'Vila. Player's camp claim deal (& fee) agreed, #afc sources say they are no longer interested. Am believing the latter now.
