Anyway from what I've read his buyout is no where near £45m so why would any team pay 10-15m more than the supposed 30m asking price?

Hope Hazard goes to City and not Utd, otherwise City could go in for Bale. Although in saying that they would no doubt over pay for him, and maybe we could do a player exchange and work Adam Johnson into the deal as I'm sure he will be surpluss to requirements next season.
I'll be genuinely shocked if we've got him to start with, and even more so if we've paid over £40m.

Stupid money for Bale and get Adam Johnson in return would be a good bit of business. With no Bale Spurs may actually get the best out of Pienaar as well because Everton sure as hell manage to do it.

Pienarr will be off to Everton, to be fair he wants regular football and he belongs there. I rate him, but Harry has his favourites and if your not one of them then you might as well get comfy on the bench.
Personally I would take Dembele if Bale is sold. He is very versatile player In that he could cover the wings, midfield and the role VDV plays. I also think I'm right in saying he played out and out striker quite well in the Dutch league. I think Harry would like to play 4-3-3, and dembele with VDV and Ade would be ideal, he has tried it before but Lennon is a one dimensional winger who hugs the touchline and gets paint on his boots and nothing else.

Under no circumstances would I want the club to spend 30m+ on Eden Hazard. He may well be the next Ronaldo for all I know but if we've got that kind of money then offer it to Bilbao for Martinez or to Spurs for Modric. We don't need another winger come second striker (IMO)
EDIT: not to mention he's already said he wants to play in Spain so I give it 2, 3 years max before he's pushing for that move and we can do without that kind of soap opera
Would love to have him but there are better options for that money without having to pay huge wages. We need a central midfielder more. Would love to get Martinez, Kagawa and perhaps another striker.
