Oh boy.

He's not in the Fulham team tonight either, most of the rest of the squad are... but that obviously doesn't confirm anything.

Ting is, Young is much worse, and can/never will be as talented as Nani..

So why sell nani but not young?

i cant actually remember any games where i think, WOW Young was great today. Wheras you can say that for Nani.

I don't know as I don't watch Man Utd often enough but if for the sake of argument Ashley Young is consistently 6/10 or 7/10 then is that better for the team than having Nani who might be 4/10 or 9/10 but rarely anything in between? If the rest of the team is playing well then maybe you can afford to "carry" someone who is only going to be playing brilliantly in half a dozen games a year but if you want consistency then maybe the solid 6/10 is better. Gary Neville for instance was almost certainly not the best footballer in the team but you could pretty much always rely on him for a decent performance.

The problem I find with Nani is that he doesn't know when to quit. The first game against Everton he had a mare but he also did some good things which he subsequently ruined by not offloading the ball. On his day his dribbling is fantastic but when its not happening he needs to use his other talents to help the team rather than continuing to try and convince himself that it will come off soon.

Nani isn't at all good enough on the left side to be choosing between who goes out of him/Young. While his value is still high, although hes a good player (on his day) I'd get rid of Nani. He's far too erratic.

Walcott has rejected to sign a new contract. The Mirror are linking him with Man City :D

And according to twitter Tottenham are about to sign Lloris for 13+2 million euros.

EDIT: Dembele to spurs for £15Mil is floating around in the twittersphere too

Walcott rejects new contract... Go on Moyes! :D (In my dreams, haha)

Great news Arsenal fans (including my gf :D) ... Gervinho on the right wing all season long!

Piers Moron is going to have a breakdown.

Edit:

Duncan Castles has just tweeted that Spurs have agreed a £15m fee with Fulham for Dembele... hopefully we're trying to hijack the deal. :p

I don't get this excited about Dembele, him and Ruiz have been really underwhelming at Fulham in my eyes.

Also rumours Utd have been in talks yesterday/today. As long as we get £15m+ or £10m+ a player. I hate the last few days before deadline :(

Dembele underwhelming?! He's been absolutely fantastic in the last 18 months, especially since being a centre mid. He just doesn't score. Ruiz hasn't hit the heights he should have, but looks a lot better this season.

Nani has always been poorly treated by SAF imo. From being left out the side for Park each week, to being dropped the moment he has a bad game, it's always been the same. Imo, Nani should be playing week after week and playing on the right side. If that means no Valencia, so be it.
Anderson on the other hand...enoughs enough.

does he love Walcott then? I thought a lot of Arsenal fans would prefer a nice wad of cash, even if it comes from City?

after all the noise about how he's ready for CL football, will Dembele go for it if there is no other offer?

I don't know, but he usually starts wetting himself whenever Arsenal sell a player.

Well, Spurs have greater current ambitions than Fulham, but they're far from a dead cert when it comes to Champion's League qualification so possibly not.

There will no doubt be better offers for him.
