Palacios was a beast and my favourite Spurs player for 12 months.... Obviously personal family problems have affected him and now I'm better than him.

Huddlestone is seriously unfit, potentially a good signing but it's a big IF

Berba is potentially the signing of the season though it's another big IF

As I've said already, we clearly were trying to sign at least Dempsey if not another player as well. We failed to do so and the club were crazy to let Carroll go before having those players in the bag but it has nothing to do with our wage bill, which you've alluded too.

Well why not wait until we've got the other player in the bag before now leaving us with nothing ;D?

Fulham wouldn't accept Liverpools offer due to them getting the hump over the supposing tapping up of Dempsey and wanted to force Liverpool to cough up more.

Liverpool didn't want to be held to ransom so they walked away.

Anyhow, he's 29 heading 30 and tbh, he's not good enough for Liverpool.

Would Man U, Arsenal, Chelsea or Man City ever sign him? No they wouldn't.
