All Three One Plans to be cancelled from today

I'm leaving Three, to sign back up with them.

Quidco are offering £50 cashback on a lot of the AYCE plans.

I understand they'd never be able to match a price with cashback taken into account, but i was hoping for a bit of middle ground. They originally offered me £1 off a 8Gb plan (which is frankly insulting), and then wouldn't budge at all.

The guy i was speaking with yesterday was also clueless as to how cashback sites work. He was under the assumption that going through Quidco meant the contract was with Quidco, despite me telling him that all Quidco do is forward you onto Three, any contract taken out is still directly with Three. I still don't think he understands.

Unfortunately Three know a lot of their high-end plans are still very competitive even more-so when you throw in things like the Feel At Home. The low-end plans might have better deals on other networks, but i guess they're more interested in keeping the high-end plans filled.

I've been on a monthly rolling Essential Internet contract (I think 500mb of data and 200 mins) @ £6.90pcm. Got a letter today saying that they were upgrading me to 1GB, 600mins for £11pcm.

On the one hand I'm slightly annoyed that they can do this. On the other, I've been finding that 500mb isn't enough and I've been running out a few days short here and there. Also, the feel at home thing is incredibly useful - it's probably my main reason for sticking with three.

Also, it's been a few years since I got this contract, and as far as I can see, the same contract is now going for £11. Why has the cost of data/minutes increased over the years? Surely we should be either getting more or getting it for less?

ID mobile which use the three network have 500 mins, 5000texts and 1gb data for £7 per month on sim only

Just called them up, they offered me 8GB with AYCE calls for £18/month.

After much negotiation I got them down to £16 and accepted on a 1 - month rolling contract.

Give them another call and tell them you're not happy as this has been offered for £13 to others.. paying £13 for both my contracts

exactly the same deal I ended up with. interested to hear if you manage to get it down to £13!

Whaaaat really? I agreed to the £18 but as it's a one month rolling contract I suppose I might still have a bit of bargaining power. I shall give them a call and tell them I've had a change of heart...

Yeah I got offered £14 4gb and unlimited which I accepted but having slept on it I'm going to phone back. My average usage is about 2-3gb but I'm sure there are months I went over 4gb. I don't fancy add on packs so will phone again today with a change of heart. I'd rather lose minutes and gain another 4gb if possible.

My £13 p/m (Unlimited 4G Data, 5000 texts and 200 minutes) has had the price go up to £20.

Still, not bad. Considering I use about 10GB a month.

I went for £14 a month with 4gb data and unlimited minutes/texts. That's plenty of data for me and only £1.10 a month extra.

Do you know what's really cheeky. That a data only SIM is £15 for 25GB. The only reason most of us need a phone number is so we can put it down on everything that must require a phone number. I could get a Skype number but... Skype sucks.

Just got a letter saying that my £12.80 month sim only, all you can eat data and unlimited text with 200mins is to end and the one they are replacing it with is £20?!?!

That's a 50% hike, WTF?

Ha! Welcome to the thread. Unlimited data was never going to last at that price.
