Amazon slacking

SO far i had 2 issues with Amazon & Prime. One order being opened and sold as new the other item purchase form marketplace was completely different than described. Ordered PC case NZXT with glass window, got delivered some dusty old case inside the box. I don't know if that was amazon's fault or delivery driver. In addition to that they left the package outside my door( I live on ground floor large apartment block).

The last 3 orders I have placed, on Prime and well in time, have failed to turn up next day - even though they were clearly marked as being fulfilled by Amazon. I have complained on all occasions to customer services, and have managed to get money back and free Prime for 30 days - stacked to my current subscription.
