scaling has never worked for me regardless of the driver version, so I can't help I'm afraid. Is this for the 3mm gap which effects the sa700 monitor?
edit - i just checked and overscan is missing from the 12.6 driver anyway.

I use a HDTV and never had this issue till now. Normally I install driver restart I have black boarder, I then set 0% overscan and be done with it, now its just same each time I restart. :(

Just un-installed, used driver sweeper and re-installed 12.6 and its the same issue.

From @CatalystCreator:

"Catalyst 12.6 Beta includes Full Mobility Radeon support in there too"

So, seems to be good news for laptop owners, too.. ;)

For the Win8 drivers, seems to be only for the 7900/7800/7700 series users only..

Best regards.. :)

Well it was an a6-3400m (lenovo) that took 5 min to install

Does seem to have fixed my vertical flickering though. Time will tell, but it's definitely snappier.

Thanks very much for this, just installed 12.6 - no longer have the issue of 12.4 displaying as 12.3 lol - I know its not much but was bugging the hell outa me :)

Also having issues with over scan, set at 0% and after rebooting the black borders are there, even though it's still at 0% so you have to reset it.

Yes thanks so am not the only one :) this been doing my head in. Apart from that the drivers are really good, noticed BF3 seems more smoother.

Having problems getting these drivers to work with CCC, ended up doing a driver sweeper, installing 12.3 then 12.6 + caps, CCC won't open just give wait circle. I have eyefinity and crossfire 6970s so probably due to this. I did however put on BF3 and noticed a big difference, just seemed really really smooth, it was very noticeable.

Anyone have an suggestions on how to get CCC to install properly so I can try these drivers with BF3 eyefinity as I never play with 3 monitors due to a horrible lag feeling even when it high fps ?

Ive had the same problem 12.4, still cant get CCC to work 12.6 and havent figured it out yet. Thing is I need CCC to work so i can disable/enable crossfire on my 6970's for certain games.

These drivers are complete rubbish for 7970 multicard users.

they are a whole 4621 points slower than the 12.4 in 3dmark 11

12.4 = 22115

12.6 = 17494

really low GPU utilisation.

Just ran heaven and it's a whole 500+ points lower on the 1650p benchmark.

well on eyefinity xfire 7950s they seem to be spot on! only really played bf3 with them but the fps is up a bit but more importantly it just feels smoother.
