I won a 6800XT for 5100gbp on ebay :)

The guy keeps messaging me asking when I'm going to pay. I made an offer of 650gbp :-)

Well seller accounts often have to rack up literally hundreds of disputes before they get deactivated (once they get a hundred positive feedback at least - after that it takes several hundred neg feedback to get the account closed).

Last update I got was an order received email at around 19:30 last night, other than that the order status on the website has changed to "Order received - not yet shipped". Apparently anyone who got an order in last night will be receiving one though.

Hope it's very soon:D, as would like to sell my old PC but I'm still using my 1070 in my new build until I can get it replaced.

Perhaps we should all be doing this with burner accounts on burner email addresses. No reason you couldn't bid on loads of cards at once, with the sole intention of causing disruption to the scalpers.

Well done that man!

Ebay does limit the amount of high value bids - I had two at 60k each and it wouldn't let me do another. :(
