AMD 6800 & 6800 XT MBA LAUNCH AT 2PM TODAY - EXTREMELY LIMITED STOCK!

Gigabyte are clowns, since launching their Aorus line they suddenly think they are an elite brand.

Their software doesn't even work, their cards cant OC for shizzle, and a lot of their products are garbage tier, right now they are as pathetic as MSI.

And yes i own a 3080 Aorus Master which will be sold they very minute i can buy a 6800XT

When is AMD releasing stock on their website again? Do they announce it or do I just check everyday around 2.00

Just random chance, could be any time during the day. They don't announce it so just pure luck if you happen to be looking at the right time. Farcical I know. :(

The thing is AMD should have a home run on this launch with Nvidia pulling the massive blunder with HWUB but what with 0 stock, a broken website and inflated prices its like they don't want to win

It baffles me why people keep saying that when nvidia "fans" aren't very likely to switch.

Using random times just encourages bots to scan the website 24/7.

It's literally the worst way for humans and the best way for bots.

They should release at a set time on a set day and let the website relax the rest of the time.

So that equates to about £850 inc VAT. So that 6800XT on a competitors web site today would seem to be the going rate. Cheers AMD you ain't getting my money this time around for the first time in 10 years.

Then the site goes down quicker than a bargain basement hooker with the bots hoovering stock, and more whinging online. =/

You'll get hit with import duties and tax? If so, pointless.

It's included in the final price and you see it in the details when you place the order.

I managed to get a 6900 XT before they disappeared, £874 for the card itself plus £208 for customs tax and shipping. Total £1082.

Fanboys won't switch, most people have NV cards because they released the better products.

As Linus said fanboys of these companies are degenerates.

Most consumers would just buy the best product thats available in their price bracket

Nabbed myself an Asrock RX 6800 XT Taichi for £739.85 over the weekend, from a competitor.

Just happened to be browsing as it became available for all of about 10 seconds. The only reason I was browsing was because my son wants a 3080 for his birthday in January and we were just about to have a look at the various cards and my browser opened on the competitors page when I fired it up (opens last tabs from previous session).

A tad more than I wanted to pay but with limited availability for the foreseeable future I decided to just go for it. The rest of my system is all Gigabyte so would have prefered one to match but hey ho, it'll do.

Has already shipped, via UPS, for delivery Wednesday. I'm not a fan of UPS, much prefer DPD as their system picks up my name and address and automatically routes it to a Drop Off Shop so I don't have to be in when delivered, but it is what it is, as long as it gets here.

This is the one i'd like to get... good work mate

Actually not that bad all things considered. But that's a lot of risk of return issues if something happens.

A lot of risk? why is that? they have a 30 days refund return policy and the card itself is covered by Gigabyte standard 3 years warranty policy.

Also, quite impressed by the shipping turn around, got confirmation from UPS that the card is on its way and the expected delivery date is tomorrow

Also if people are going to wait 4 months for MSRP prices then you might as well wait 12months and get the RX 7000 series.

There is no point saving cash and deprive yourself of high-end gaming for 4 months IMHO
