AMD Bulldozer Finally!

And most embarassing of all is the fact a Scouser pointed this out to you while he really should have been spending his time rooting through a public bin for his tea...
That might be normal for you, it's not for everyone else.

You spelt embarrassing wrong as well.

Posting from his phone possibly, and autocomplete automatically inserting a space after each word.

I somehow strongly doubt it.

hehe I find it amusing that England is around 2/3 the size of California yet there seems to be more racism than all 50 states of the USA

Lets not confuse racism with regional class snobbery something that has always lived well in the UK . Cannot believe this thread is as long as it is with so little info hope they can get something of value info wise out to us soon.

Prepare for disappointment then.
if a 8 core BD performs a lot less than a phenom ii 6 core clock for clock, whats the point of amd releasing it. each new cpu series amd as released in the past as had improve performance over the last series.

i can't believe some of you people see one set of results and just shuddery believe them.

What if I said I've actually seen BD.

http://www.vortez.net/articles_pages/amd_fx_cpu_preview_event_and_overclocking,1.html

Early this month, AMD sent us an invite to a preview of their new FX CPU products and we here at Vortez jumped at the opportunity. AMD's new CPU lineup is not far away and AMD were keen to show us what it was all about before launch. Almost all the information regarding performance, price and so on is still under NDA, but today we have a quick preview of the overclocking potential of the Bulldozer-based chips.
So yes I have seen it but that's all I'm gonna say. Like I've been saying to some people, just wait and see what happens in a few weeks rather than keep speculating.

Well some people over at XS think its fake.

Basically they are saying that you would not put a low end card in such Rigs.

Also there is no way that both system will not be fully GPU limited with that card in those games with the resolution.

And why for the game benches with the 980X they used only a HD6870.
