Thanks, its packaging in now.
All I see in the preview is a black screen with the white text showing the req spec.

Yeah that is normal, the rest of the game is behind that, you can access it in the editor by finding the level template in one of the folders, i can't remember which folder, don't do it while its compiling but later click on "Content drawer" bottom left, that will bring up your folder structure.

It crashed! think it’s because it ran out of hard drive space. It had 50GB free before it started, just looked and its now zero free. Moving 80GB to a different drive and will try again.

Unreal Engine is such a resource hog, and finicky, That "Enable support for long paths (<260 Characters)" why does it even need that? why do you need to tell the engine that some assets and their locations may have a long address string, that is inevitable, if you don't enable that it will throw out an error saying address strings are too long and cancel, why????? why is it even a thing? all it does is throw people a curve ball when it inevitably throws out that error if you don't check that box, Unreal Engine is full of unnecessary crap like that.

Disclaimer before you read on, this was true for 4.26, 5.0.1 seems different but i haven't yet looked at how it does this.

Watch out DerivedDataCache, it will cache the compile in the engine folder and again in this hidden DerivedDataCache folder and it will fill up that DerivedDataCache folder with 10's of GB or crap every time you compile something, even if its the same thing it will create a new folder with in that folder and cache the exact same data 10's of GB of it again, and again.... just to fill up your drive with 100's of GB or utterly useless and obsolete data.

Honestly with in a few days of diagnosing stupid reasons the compile fails you could have a thousand GB of useless cached data filling your drive, its as if they think you can download hard disk space from the internet for free.

Restarted and it did the same, loads and displays the city and the camer pans down and moves for a few seconds, the crash.
Its 17.9GB, could upload, any free hosts that will do 17.9gb?
