I just don't get rip off Britain.. Someone explain to me, $649 was the retail price set by AMd at the event, convert that to British pounds, comes in at £409+20% takes it to £490. Where do we get £649 from????

Ill do my best to buy tomorrow, but i'm not going to be stupid. I'll have multiple options and will go with the cheapest. I doubt every re-seller will add £100 just because they can.

Tbh at those temps I'm hoping for closer to 1400 overclock to beat the G1 gaming ti. I don't care about having a low fan speed, I game with headphones so 60+ is fine for me.

Personally, hardware gouging is very unprofessional - many other high end consumer products have a fixed price from release & gradually drop, not that often we see huge mark-ups on day one just because they can. It's not good for the brand & I bet hardly worth the loss of reputation considering how few they will shift on the first batch.

If people are going to pay it, let them. Most people with a business would do this so it's no surprise. <--- Gibbo approves this picture although he'll never admit it .

He is using 15.15 drivers which are older than the 15.200 modded drivers.

If the memory is linked directly to the core, then increasing core speed might increase memory speed. Maybe???

Depends if you dont shop around really. It's almost never actually like that, if you buy something like that you are getting ripped off BAD.

Iirc Fury X is £549 RRP, thats 134% of the US RRP.
980Ti is also $649, we see reference 980Ti for as low as £530 with no deals.

Generally £1 ~ $1.30 due to tax and shipping etc.

I paid 670USD for each Gigabyte Fury X card today in Canada.
Great card for AIO cooling and price for me.
