I cancelled my 3080 order. No idea of when i'll get it. OCUK take your money straight away. ******** to that - oh, and the scalping they do claiming "it's normal because of the exchange rate" - total crap otherwise every product would fluctuate in price!

OcUK aren't the criminals here. NVIDIA are. Deceit and lies and the most misleading marketing I've seen to date.
 
What's funny about that tweet is that it could be true, due to the fact that more people might end up buying AMD if they have lots of stock, therefore causing a stock problem due to NVIDIA not having enough stock to settle all the orders early enough, oh the irony of that. :p :D
 
Meh, who cares if he trashes AMD's launch. If people can wait years for a GPU upgrade, they can wait a few weeks for stock to improve if there is a problem.
 
Seeing a lot of hate for Jay lately. I like him personally, and believe he's pretty unbiased.
I'm sure people take him far too seriously or take what he says the wrong way.
