If it is a used card it should be cheaper and not the price of similar performing or faster cards. At least you have a warranty on a new card and graphics cards are more likely to fail than a CPU IMHO.
 
Wonder what news we will actually get later? Deciding between Polaris 10 and the 1070. It would be great if they actually had some performance benchmarks. If they truly have a card that can come close to the 1070 for less than £200 then I think that's the card for me.

If it's only a little faster than a 390, then I will be saving up and buying the cheapest 1070. I have a 290 since release and its been rock solid for me, still is going strong. I just feel like a change, but won't change for 390 level performance.

had my 290x x2 since release. It's been years.
really want to move on to a single card for 4k gaming but amd being slow.

The 1080gtx isn't performing as well as I had hoped. So I hope to get a much faster card from Vega
