Hey Orangey - could you add my card to your list too when you get a chance?Orangey said:Snip...
After saying I would never ever ever return I've just moved back to the red team. I originally gave up due to microstutter issues with crossfired 4850's almost 6 years ago.
Am now the proud owner of an MSI 290 Gaming (replaces an MSI GTX670 Power Edition) and first impressions are very good.
Already delivered a 50% boost to minimum frame rates in Tomb Raider set to Ultra @ 2560x1080.
Not right now, sorry. You got a pic?
As promised...
On the board!
Also updated your entry earlier, Matt.

n00b question but...how would an i5-4690K handle xfire 290s?
OK duno if this is the right place to say ...but I have swapped out my Green and gone Red ie got myself a nice XFX R9 290, and so far things seems good...well in BF4 anyway ...game runs smoother and looks very nice too
Welcome to the red team foster. You finally found that extra money then?
Seem to be just breaking into the 70's with a custom fan profile in afterburner.
My office is at the top of the house so ambient temps are normally quite high to begin with.
Not 100% sure what the fan speed ramps up to but it just starts to become noticeable over my system fans - undervolted Gentle Typhoons and Silent Eagles... I like a quiet PC!
Will try to confirm fan speed this evening.
