They have good prices but yeah their service seems sub-par.

If it's the four letters I think I have no problems with them used them a lot when ocuk either don't have stock of what I want or there price don't match.

I've used them before and prices have been good, but when it comes to rma's i want the best service and here and the rainforest can't be beat usually on those areas.

I had to use there RMA once and it was all round great, My motherboard died called them up and they picked it up and re-funded me. New Motherboard in space of two days. So on my experience I cant fault them, same with here I cant fault them but not had to RMA anything to OCUK yet so cant compare on that front.
When I do buy from the other place I do take there insurance things its like an extra couple quid onto the bill. So maybe thats why I had a stunning turn around.

I phoned up yesterday like they told me to. I got told the returns guy wasn't there so I would be called back in an hour.
I waited 2 hours then called again and got the same response, he promised to get it sorted within the hour and call me back to give me information on the testing.
They never contacted me. So I drove down there today and got it sorted.
So not great overall, it's lucky I only live 15 minutes away.
