The news sites are doing this a lot, they post a headline that says "full lineup" but then they have no info on the only thing people care about.

I've this gut feeling the r290 will be a quite a bit cheaper for not a lot of performance loss - therefore will be great value

"7950 = 1792 cores

I'd guess it means get a 7950 asap if that's the price range you're looking at. 270X would appear to severely hobbled by comparison.

The whole price/performance structure will be interesting.

290x needs to be around 780 price (if performance is in and around the same at stock) which can be had for £480/£500
290 £100/150 below the flagship so £330/350 (with nearly the same performance if rumours are true on specs as the 290x)
280x is the 7970 at around £250
GAP (7950)
270x at around £150?

That or I'm making it all up

Oddly it looks like it does while the 280x doesn't at its just a 7970 with bells on.
quick edit i meant no actual sound card just the trueaudio addition
