Can't read the rest(that is the last part viewable for free), but suggests to me Trueaudio or some form of it(same chip or mostly the same chip, or maybe a completely different chip with similar capabilities that can all play the same audio) will be available on the consoles, in which case game devs will certainly put in better audio capabilities for those that can use them. Secondly, game dev's consistently put in things that realistically only the fastest cards are capable of using every generation. Crysis at each stage has basically only been playable on the highest settings by, actually usually more than one high end GPU. So the number of people that could run Crysis maxed out is minimal, less than the number of people who could use better audio(because it won't effect performance) and likely in a years time the entire range AMD sells will have it... and again potentially all the next gen consoles.
Also worth noting the R260X DOES have trueaudio, and at $139, with 2GB memory, it should be a fairly high volume midrange card.
