AMD Radeon R9 290X with Hawaii GPU pictured, has 512-bit 4GB Memory

My reference 780 does 1260 on air with just the voltage unlocked to 1.212V. I haven't even done the MSI AB trick so 1300 is not completely unrealistic for an overclocked comparison.

I'd say 1250 is probably fairer though as representative.

Did I read somebody wanted a 780 comparison doing?
 
I'm not sure I buy those temps - I mean normally the split second after running a benchmark the temps drop - on all cards I've owned anyway

ie even if I run Furmark for 20 mins, ok it gets hot,but a second or so after stopping the temps drop

if those temps are anywhere near real though - I'm out

Lol, yeah I cancelled our PS4 pre-order, just no point this early on. Most of the games I want to play are coming to PC and Wii U exclusives. I'll still get a PS4 but a ways down the line when hardware is cheaper and a few decent exclusives out to play. Very interested in whatever Naughty Dog put out next.

So many decent games coming out, prob not have time to play them all :p.

Yes please. Run your clocks at 1050Mhz and your 4770K at something else please :D

No idea what the CPU speed is, so no idea.

that 93C could be anything though to be fair

could be a VRM temp, could be a complete miss-reading due to a non compatible version of GPU-Z

lets hope so anyway

If it was running at 93c then it benched those scores at 300 to 500Mhz. ;)
