AMD Radeon R9 290X with Hawaii GPU pictured, has 512-bit 4GB Memory

Think i may just go for MSI HD 7990 6144MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card with FREE GAMES instead i mean its £500 which is probably around the price of the x290 maybe even cheaper and its faster so why not.

How are MSI cards though or would it be better going for the HIS one.

Laptop sold and now to decide between one of these or a 1440P screen....Decisions decisions. Cmon guys, help me out.

1440p all the way Greg,.son. It's nice having a new toy but in the last 4 year my Dell 27hm is my best buy by far. Its awful going back to a 1080p screen when I have to fix stuff for people as it seems so pixelated and cluttered. Besides the real estate, the clarity of games and the sharpness of them is eye-bleedingly good. I'm not saying Dell are the best option for you but the warranty is second to none

I myself thought about grabbing a 2560 res monitor as well, but not sure if I can come back down from 120Hz to 60Hz :/

Ahh i just noticed it doesnt have HDMI, I don't use the the DVI port. I suppose id have to use the mini display ports and buy 2 adapters since i have both my pc monitor and tv connected up. I guess that bumps the price up then lol.
