AMD Radeon R9 290X with Hawaii GPU pictured, has 512-bit 4GB Memory

It turns out there is a Titan 2 in the works and it is guaranteed to annihilate anything AMD can come up with.

I don't know where I am going to put four of them though.:D

why cant gfx cards be round and pointy :)

People take round and pointy things and will want to stick them in places they don't belong and people wont be prepared to pay top dollar for something round and pointy because of this.

You will want to stick it in the RAM slots, CPU slots or anywhere and everywhere but the standard PCIe slot, just because its different and adventurous. Eventually when you are partnered with the same PC a for long time and you are bored with the normal average PCIe slot action, you may be allowed to try the other slots on special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries.

There's one thing we forgot though...it's humidly warm/hot over at China comparing to the dry hot/cold in the UK, and then there's also the issue of severe air-pollution...

That's a valid point.

I really can't believe the AMD engineers sat back after finishing the design and thought to themselves "that's spot on that is".
