AMD RADEON RX 470 SERIES NOW AVAILABLE FROM £164.99 DELIVERED!!

about to order one myself Saphhire Nitro+, Distribution and non VAT prices do drop the card prices down a lot. These should sell well with large vendors building console sized cases and selling for cheap to play 1080p better then Sony/MS etc

prop end up building one for a friend with 6500 in a silvertsone RVZ01 case, full watercooled just to be silent, personally 480 or gtx 1060 (VR) in console case would be my preference

To be fair the prices are jacked up by 10%.

This would have been £170 if not for Brexit, which really isn't a bad price.

The reference would have been £150 which would help its position considerably. It will be interesting to see what happens when the 1050 comes out as it should be approximately £170-£180 in order to not leave the gap too big between it and the 1060.

The 1050 tho is a 2GB card. Pointless.

Will be the equivalent of a RX 460 just more expensive, no doubt.

That's a very good point about it being 2GB, forgot about that. It was something I didn't think about when I bought my 770 and wish I had waited longer or looked harder to get a 4GB model as there has been several times I've used 2gb now.

Its depends if Nvidia are willing to shave 30% or more off the price off the GP106 SKU.

If they are the 470 may come down to a starting price of £140/50.

@FoxEye, in future actually read the thread instead just going mad at the first thing you read, you missed my last post.

Ah sorry 4GB its £11 more.. yes that is close. your right.

But then again the Nitro 4GB is cheap at sub £200.
