Sorry if it's an obvious question but how do you find out where in the queue you are with your order? Only just bit the bullet on a 5600X and obviously not expecting it any time soon but would be nice to have some idea! Cheers.

I thought about getting a 3800XT, as I'm upgrading from a i5 4570 build I've had since early 2014... Due an upgrade big time! They are £330 currently on Amazon, so seems a good deal (cheaper for same number of cores/threads). I'm just worried I'll miss out on the Zen 3 + 6800XT combo they are banging on about, not to mention the massive IPC uplift.

I made the same decision. Picked one up from another etailer with Farcry6 for £326.

It may depend on what resolution you game at - for me at 3840x1600 it would be paying an extra £90 for +1 FPS. Wasn't worth it, even tho i wanted a 5800X.

I ordered mine on the night of launch day and I am 598 in the queue for a 5600X
 
I haven't even ordered my 5600x so I'll just wait it out until there is sufficient stock. Running a temp 3100 so at least I can use it.
 
@Gibbo You’ve flagged the deliveries you hope to get this week, do you have any info in stock you are hoping to get later in the month? My 3080 shipped today (whoop whoop) so hoping my 5600x ships this month too (position 229 last a Friday). Cheers :)
 
@Gibbo Do we still get the delivery that was mentioned before or does this new info contradict with the old info about small 30ish amount of 5950 this week?

LOL, 60 units of 5950x, and I'm 73 in the queue :(, 13 places! is so sad knowing I was hours earlier F5ing the website and I had the chance to place the order earlier but I didn't because it was a "pre-order" (and ironically I didn't wanted to join a queue in that moment) it was never really shown as "in stock" only to find out a couple hours later that it was indeed in stock but OcUK decided to keep it in "pre-order" the whole time....

I’m 94 so hopefully we’re the next batch after the 60
