AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 3D Cache Eight Core 4.5GHz (Socket AM4) Processor - Retail - Go Go Go xD

Sounds RAM specific, not CPU or motherboard.
Are you sure C14 works on another board? Or is this specifically a RAM query?

Specifically RAM as I don't have another motherboard to test with (and probably CBA anyway even if I did).

I will try what others have suggested and pump it up to 1.48v / 1.49v and then play around from there.

At £409 on launch, given the use I've had out of it, it was still a decent buy for the performance. Just need some decent (XX70 class - not a rebadged XX60 class ;)) priced (sub £500) GPU's, we'll be on AM6 by the time that happens

I'll probably be interested when the revised CPU's after the current 7xxx series are released. Hopefully any kinks ironed out and cheaper motherboards and DDR5 RAM.

Plenty of life left in AM4 with this 5800X3D CPU.

Absolutely!
I changed from the legendary 2500k to a R53600 so I'm sure the X3D will last a good long while if needed!
