Not for me, we actually have a PS5 but it never gets touched(by me). We play on the switch more.

creation engine was CPU bound, don't know if this new iteration is.
clickbait video to draw clicks so they make moneyNot a good look for AMD.
Have a PC and a console if you want to play all the good games. I not long finished the new Zelda game and the switch ain't a power house but the game was great.

dont you guys get that?
am still rocking a Vega 64 so i have a similar thought process.I'm not going to buy a new card for the sake of buying a new card, i have to want it for the right reasons or i'm simple not interested.
If my current GPU gives up its ghost before that happens AMD will get my money anyway, i'll get a console, what do you think about that Nvidia?

And that's still most games out there, knew your type existed.Shady tactics from amd, they could have atleast lied and give the same response that nvidia did but pr disaster is what amd wants.
Sitting back with popcorn waiting to see if starfield has dlss.
I wont be paying for any game that doesn't have dlss support thats for sure.
It won't, Sony and Ms holds those cards and influence since no devs make PC games as a priority no matter what they try tell you.Watching this now:
DF Direct Weekly #118: Is AMD Blocking DLSS/XeSS in Starfield? Red Dead Remastered Incoming?
A packed 89-minute DF Direct Weekly for you this week, as the team discuss the controversy surrounding AMD's technology partnership with Starfield. Does the ...youtu.be
Looks like this will blow up fairly big.
Using dlss and upscalars is compromising image quality, the heck you are on about, native is betterI think that asking why AMD is doing this is the wrong question - what we should be asking is why Microsoft/Bethesda would agree to a contract that stipulates that the PC port of their flagship 2023 title must ship only with inferior upscaling technology.
I mean, we know the answer - it's money right?
But do they (MS/Bethesda) really have so little regard for their art and their customers that they're willing to compromise the visual quality of their game for a few extra bucks? I guess so.

Every time I've gone in to try this, native was always better as a whole scene in every instance. No, DLSS is in the unique position that when implemented right, the visuals can and do become better. All the big channels have covered this in video reviews already so just look them up. Essentially anything 1440P+ DLSS can show more detail, better AA, better performance than the native image render.
On top of that with Nvidia we have access to DLAA/DLDSR which are superior than anything else.
HUB having a hissy fit on twitter lol

Oh yes please read mine, Nvidia sell you an RTX 3060Ti as a 4060Ti for the same money and tell you to make up the missing performance by using DLSS, all these useful idiots can do is rant about how AMD, Not Nvidia, are stealing your performance by denying you DLSS.Clowns.....

Didn't this all start at Wccftech? It makes me wonder whether Nvidia PR "noticed" this "oddity" and now we have this all timed perfectly,so they hope nobody realises Nvidia lost a big sponsorship to a competitor. But the worst thing is that, that all the people who couldn't give two damns about tech, now know Starfield is AMD sponsored because the internet is complaining. They also now know that they can the game bundled free with AMD products. I hope it does not end up having a Streisand effect.
Yes, but... but... but...This is a really good point PCMR is such a narrow view and yet thinks of its self as the be all and end all, its how you end up with conspiracies like this.
