Got sick of waiting so cancelled it.
Hahaha. You are pretty much doing the opposite of others. They got sick of waiting for Vega and got a 1080Ti, you got sick of waiting for you "1080Ti pre-order" and will be getting an RX Vega :p

To be honest you know had you have gone with a 1080Ti you would have felt left out and unfulfilled when Vega came out. Watching everyone play with their awesome watercooled Vega jam-packed with new tech would have ate at your soul day by day. lol :D

Nah, im not getting a Vega either.

It is more likely because the professional cards sucked up most of the GPUs.
Those are/were already shipped in numbers.
Potentially true but I'm not sure how many professional cards get sold but AMD might have a contract to deliver a large volume to a data center.

Hynix no longer lists the 2.0GBps stacks in their catalogue, could mean anything but its starnge that they sued to list it coming Q1 and now they don't. We have a very solid info that Nvidia Volta high end will be using GDDR6 for 2017Q4/2018Q1 release and not HBM2.

Anyway, AMD did say H1 2017which strongly implies June announcement and widespread availability may not happen until end of July without really being late. Start worrying in 1 month if we haven't heard anything.

I hope the reference Vega card has at least an HDMI 2.0, or else I am going to get very ****** -_- not been able to use it with the 55KS7000. As I cannot use the FuryX either.

I'm kinda hoping for HDMI 2.1, but there's no confirmation yet of course.

The ability to run 4K 120Hz HDR TVs next year would be very welcome.

dear thread, pls stop spamming wccftech links, we must be averaging at least one per page.

its like the daily mail, I know its there but its just click bait.

Considering the RX 400 series cards support HDMI 2.0a i'd be gob smacked if AMD took a step backwards. Vega should be HDMI 2.0b and ideally HDMI 2.1.
