Without wanting to scare you, only 50% of the Ryzen 3000 can do all core 1.325v safely without starting a pretty rapid silicon degredation that destroys the chips within months.

Uh huh half you say? Where is the evidence? All I see is hearsay. Maybe buy from Silicon Lottery then you can use high voltage and get replacement if it dies under warranty.
I'm happy that I only needed 1.30v for my overclock but I haven't seen any evidence that I should be concerned anyway. Always remember than only the people with bad experiences complain.
