AMD Zen 2 (Ryzen 3000) - *** NO COMPETITOR HINTING ***

The cpus- mb vendors have some not many... My point was not to say boards are underdeveloped... But more how do you guys know when reviewers got cpus... Or indeed even if they have now?

I mean I have tested a lot of motherboards from ES to retail so ofcourse mb vendors are doing the required testing..

Let me introduce some better mood here because the situation looks not nice with trolls accusing the others - a troll shouts "hold the troll" :D

Geekbench 4.3.2:

Lol.... Correct about the arms....

99% of posts in this thread are speculation that's the only point I am trying to make. The best testing is always your own......

Dead right, there's a lot of speculation. Those making substantive claims without any source is a problem. If it's someones opinion on the potential of the CPU's it's generally harmless. It's when it's targeting those who have the knowledge but under NDA's it gets silly.

Best one can really suggest to any client currently (unless you have NDA privileges) is wait for the actual reviews and look at the aggregate.

One thing I would ask though, is with a lot of the tests being done with 2080Ti's is there going to be Nvidia driver support conflicts? Nvidia weren't exactly on point with the previous Ryzen releases.

Nothing wrong with people speculating, however that last sentence seems a bit odd, you have to get a good idea of performance before you buy, for that you rely on other peoples testing.

We have OCUK staff suggesting that we do just that. :p

I've never seen that....

In any case trusted reviewers play a critical part in our decisions, which is why Intel want to change what they do. Again, because thing's like Cinebench, which they insisted on being used in the fist place no longer suit them.

If you look at the Intel list of suggested software which is "common" it will run OK on an older CPU or an el-cheapo one for most people, and a lot of them are run on laptops, tablets and phones:

I know, i've seen it, its ##### pathetic, several mainstream reviewer editors have joined Ryan Shrout at Intel, i'll reserve judgement but i know who they are, its in Jim's latest video, PcPer however have been publishing shenanigans for years now and were deleted off my trusted reviewers list in about 2015.

Gotta laugh at intels moaning about cinebench, i mean it wasnt long ago they were pushing it as an important benchmark.

Ohh well, when your up your up... or in this case when your down your starting to chat crap.

You know someone is in trouble when all they do is complain, like AMD did in the Bulldozer years.
