If you are using a 650W PSU with a 3090, that could be a problem as the 3090 can have transient spikes of 500W+. When it crashes what happens?

@ShiWarrior might be a long shot, but have you checked your electrical socket is properly earthed?

OK, so it's not the psu
Cpu and ssd left to try
I've also swapped over the power lead to another socket, made no difference
I'm wondering if it's the chipset drivers or bios isn't working with my set up and need the new one ASAP
Also, this shouldn't be a problem, but
Cables to motherboard, I have
2 x CPU cables
1 x motherboard cable
2 x GPU cable
Cpu and ssd left to try
I've also swapped over the power lead to another socket, made no difference

Anyone moved from a 3XXX series to the 7XXX mostly for 4K gaming. What has your experience been? Was looking at the X3D models but browsing a couple of benchmarks and the uplift for 4K gaming seems minimal over the last couple of generations whether AMD or Intel.

Not sure everyone has this issue. It’s a popular motherboard so there would be a more known issue beyond the usual DDR5 sensitivity most boards are having at the moment. Has the bios update helped?
