We finally have more news regarding the upcoming Radeon RX 500 series.

AMD Radeon RX 500 in April
Let’s start with the launch date. According to Heise.de, AMD is planning to unveil it’s RX 500 series in April. The launch will be split into two parts, each for different performance segment.

That said, on April 4th Radeon RX 580 and Radeon RX 570 will be available for sale. A week later, on April 11th AMD will unveil its Radeon RX 560 and Radeon RX 550 series. All cards, except RX 550, are most likely rebranded from Radeon RX 400 series.

AMD Radeon RX Vega will not be released in April, which somehow confirms our initial information, that Radeon 500 series are expected in May. So in other words, expect Radeon RX 500 rebrands in April and Vega a month or two later.

is the above rubbish?

Can any of you folks give a list of reviewers you trust? I'd like to make sure I'm watching legit sources in the next few days.

Some benchmarks of how much memory speed can effect games (obviously not all games need memory speed): http://www.techspot.com/article/1171-ddr4-4000-mhz-performance/page3.html

It's with a 6700k at 4.5 GHz, so almost the fastest single-thread performance currently available (i.e. removing any single-thread based bottlenecks)

This shows testing Zen with 2133 MHz memory (and an old BIOS) isn't really very useful. We'll need to look out for reviews that have faster memory, and ideally a couple of the games from this review on the list.

I assume with ZEN being more efficient re IMC it may play a bigger part having balanced faster tighter mem...will know tomorrow

I think a lot of people rate Digitalfoundry reviews right? to be honest i rarely watch any youtube reviews of anything... so im not sure who are the more reliable channels are.

Hexus is not too bad and they are quite open to feedback if people feel they have missed something. Its UK based like Bit-tech which is owned by the same person/company.
