By the way it sounds it seems AMD moved the launch date of threadripper to compete directly with Intel. They seems very confident if true.

At the end of the day this = cheaper CPU's for everyone
Still no news on Ryzen 3?
Man this Zen chip ia a beaut. Tops out around 40C under an AIO. Blisteringly fast, multitasking is a breeze. Combined with a GTX 1080 Ti, this is the best all round PC I have used. Who would have thought, AMD + Nvidia ftw xD
That cant be Wright, As the AMD is crap for gaming so you must be doing it wrong!
Oh, yeah. Your more than likely not running it at 720p
I came multiple times under fire because I wrote "My 6800K@4Ghz or the 1700X@4Ghz are faster to my old [email protected], even in single thread games like WOT & WoWs at 2560x1440 while running TS and internet radio streaming on the background or videos on the second monitor".
Because you're also doing it wrong, you're not supposed to run anything else while playing games, thats CPU Multitasking and we don't like Multitasking around here. It makes Intel's 4 core CPU's look bad.

Everything to entertain the fanboys.Damn, Just thought, we should be running at VGA res even...... So we're all wrong!
AGESA 1.0.0.6 significantly improved RAM performance (hitting 3200+ MHz is no longer a big issue) but I have no idea about boot times or stability.Quick question about Ryzen - has it matured past it's initial teething problems yet? I'm thinking specifically about long boot times and ram compatibility? Any board considered the safest bet yet for stability and speed?
Cheers
