I'm not really going to have a chance to play it until saturday anyway so I'm glad I ordered.

GordyR said:Indeed mate... A little bit annoying I agree. On the bright side though, this being an X360 game I would expect the game to be in more of a "finished" state and that there shouldn't be too much in the way of patches. But I could be completely wrong of course.
Oh and you can download the manual in pdf format from D2D aswell apparently.
speeduk said:Well if you look at the official forum there are loads of issues like:
If you want to name the save games you have to go into my documents and edit a file!
The sound doesnt fade right!
It crashes/blows up your pc or xbox!
But apart from that (lol) I think it will be fine.
speeduk said:Edit: Oh and someone saw a spec of dust on his manual! Thats just not on!
triggerthat said:How do you reckon it will play on a X850 XT PE?
Street said:Hopefully very well as thats what i have...
rlm said:I'm doubting it will run at 1920x1200 on my dell even when I get my 1900xt :/
xander_uk2 said:I avoid the official forums due to the amount of crap that gets posted there (most of the time) but I just paid a visit.
People expect it to run ok on an FX5200.........
A few good performance reports though. Looks promising
PeterNem said:How you finding the game GordyR, or are you too busy playing now to post any further?!!?
What are your system specs like and roughly what graphics settings do you have it on?
GordyR said:The game is simply astonishing. I have only just gotten to the sewer section and rushed through the beginning just to get a taste.
Load times are astonishingly quick... FAR faster than the videos shown of the 360 version.
Oh but one minor niggle I have noticed is the journal/inventory system. There are no "hot-tips" and everything uses symbols. It's a little tricky to work out how to navigate it at first but to be honest thats a minor issue and I would imagine 20 minutes with the game and most people would know exactly what they are doing.
