The tree and plant sway is stunning, the sounds of the wind and wildlife just make it something else :D
The game though does have more of a console feel creeping in (compared to Mrwnd) which I had been worried about. Seems good so far though.

What specs are you running it on?

I should add that they are obviously on full settings as I said earlier, when I drop the settings on tree blur and others the picture is not so good, maybe I'll go and get a shot of the settings screen and the same view at lower levels.

what u running that on ? looks medium to low settings?

To all the people who are worrying that their Gameplay orders have yet to be shipped, don't worry. As long as you get a shipment email at some point today (and sometimes you don't get them till near midnight), you'll get the game tomorrow.

I thought so too, but he says in post above that its high...

Thats definately high settings. I too have everything maxed and thats exactly how the game looks for me with a 7800GTX. The blurring of grass/trees etc. in the distance can actually be edited in the .ini file so if you cant stand the "pop-up" distance as it is you can make adjustments.

This is a big advantage over the 360 version in my opinion. 6 Months down the line the game will be look far better on PC. :)

EDIT: By the way I am absolutely overwhelmed by this game. It is quite simply sublime in every possible way. I'm pleased I did the Direct2Drive thing now and got it a few days early. :p
