Think I am the only person that thinks it is a lot better than Keylime Pie.

It think it's great. Certainly a lot more memorable that KLP. Also, when you think about it, as advertising is Google's business, it makes perfect sense. I will definitely be buying some kit kats even though they will taste exactly the same. Pure novelty

Google went to KitKat. That's what KitKat are saying.

Since it's a trademark, google would have to have done that.

It really wouldn't surprise me if they claimed to have invented green, they're probably patenting it right now.

Apparently the Android guys at Google chomp a lot of KitKats so they went to nestle and asked if they could use the name.

Really liking the potential cosmetic changes that we're going to get with 4.4-especially the transparent nav bars.

Considering the amount Google have removed from the OS and turned in to apps you would've thought they could do the same with the navigation bar. Would certainly help with themes and customisability.

Its probably one of the only things that I like about Sony's current UI, transparent Navigation and Notification bars and core apps all colour theme based.

Maybe Google could handpick best features from all OEMs UI's and make a unified version for 4.4

Whether it'll bear fruit in the soon to be released Android 4.4 KitKat remains to be seen -- but given Google's promise that the new OS will make even low-spec phones sing, we wouldn't be surprised.

Nope. Can't stand it. In Android circles, everything is referred to as 'buttery smooth' as if it's the holy grail.
