Annoying Neighbours

Ive had words with him about his shout n stuff and he has quietened down a bit but it still wakes me up.

Had more words with him last week but it's close to me being a d*ck, laying down the law, being a bit more verbally forceful and contacting the council.

He has his tiktok "agency" registered to his home address.
The "quiet hours" set by the council are 22:00 - 07:00.
So, the noise he makes can be classed as both Domestic and Commercial/Industrial which the council will jump at the chance to sort out because it'll be an easy job.... I'm hoping.

I had more objections to my planning permission than ANY other person on the road, my neighbour asked neighbours 4/5 doors down to put an objection in.

My other side are just as bad, they cry about every single thing.
It's getting to the point I'm going to be absolutely horrible to them when I eventually move back in, it's so hard being this civil

Given that you live in a block of flats, isn't there a building manager you can contact and make your concerns known to?

A neighbour of my parents is odd. He has a N reg car which he drives 200-220 miles a year - the MOT check on gov website is the source! He has a valeting company come round once a month. He’s one of few people down their road who parks in the garage. He has nothing bar a ladder in the garage.

Then checks the roof every day. He must have exhausted the companies/sole traders who do roof repairs in the area. Parents have spoken to a few. They said there’s nothing wrong with the roof.

Between 1982 and 1983 we had a woman who made our lives hell with music and her TV and I swore I'd never do that to a neighbour.
Luckily since 1983 our neighbour hasn't even had a TV or radio and the only sound we hear is him sneezing now and then.

God reminds me of my old cottage. The neighbor to the right was a recluse - you'd never know it was inhabited other than plugs being pulled occasionally.

She was away once and her brother stayed. It was at this point, 3 years into ownership, I learnt the walls were actually paper thin. I heard every one of his disgusting lines to get a girl to smash. He kept asking for cuddles and just to sleep etc. She said no and he got sad and said shes gonna smash Alan and not him. Made me feel sick. Super odd - house would have been unliveable had it not been for the recluse.
 
@HC1 if you're truly the alpha on the wing block then surely you just need to demonstrate that and the issues will subside?
