Any news on 7800 xt?

If the 7800XT does better, as the AMD charts suggest, than the 4070, at a lower price combined with more VRAM, will make the 4070 look a bit stupid.

The 7700XT at $449 just makes the 4060 Ti 16GB look even more stupid.

Nvidia are going to have drop prices or loose market shre, but the question these days is do they care.

The urge to sell on my 4070 and bag a 7800xt is not strong. The Nvidia feature set is enough to warrant a higher price point Vs Radeon. Jensen does not drop his knickers for AMD.

What kind of upgrades are you doing ? Went from 3090 to 4070 ? now even questioning 4070 to 7800xt lol

The $499 for the 7800XT makes 7900XT's $899 (or is the $730 the new official price) seem very overpriced.

I mean you're paying an extra $50 to go from the 7700XT to the 7800XT, but if you want to go from a 7800XT to the 7900XT they expect you to pay an anything from $400-200 more.

Frame gen with hyperRX running on any DX11 or DX12 game is abit of a game changer.

How well will it run though and what it will look like is another question altogether.

The million dollar question!

Not due till start of next year though so won't be surprised if nvidia beat them to the punch.

Going to be very interesting to see how/if latency will be a problem too.......
