So they are doing fake frames and reducing latency? What Witchcraft is this?
More then likely that have been working with a Sony first party developer for this.I would love to know how they're doing this, across all DX11 and 12 games too...
FSR 3 looks like it will be very interesting appears AMD have figured out how to do, Frame Generation, without the need for it being integrated into the game itself, so basically any DX 11 or 12 game can have frame generation on an AMD card.
Explains the continued delays.
Looks like FSR3 works on AMD and Nvidia graphics.
I'm hoping that RDNA3 cards will utilise their AI elements and give the larger boost. The million dollar question!
Not due till start of next year though so won't be surprised if nvidia beat them to the punch.
Going to be very interesting to see how/if latency will be a problem too.......
This and...
This....
CDPR - so that means Phantom Liberty will have it. No Bethesda Games Studio!

I'd expect these will drop $50 within the first couple of months and then $100 after 6 months, I mean when was the last time an AMD card held its MSRP for long?.the 4070 is sub 550 some places, cant see the 7800xt selling that great with say £50 difference.
The Good News: the 7800 XT is only $50 than the 7700 XT.
The Bad News: the 7700 XT is $450 for a 6700 XT replacement with the same amount of VRAM and pretty similar power consumption.
The 4070 has had time to settle in price but even at an MSRP of $600 vs $500, I suspect Nvidia would vastly outsell AMD as usually. Being months late doesn't help.
