Any opinions on o2 broadband?

Hi guys, possibly the wrong place for this, but is anybody using an AM200? I can't leave the password field or username field blank. How would I get round it?
 
could be something like DACS.

O2 will ring tags-on-line for you and find out if theres anything we can do.

Thanks. It turns out that the phone line had a light user tariff on it which needs to be removed before broadband can be ordered. Just a heads up in case anyone has a similar problem

Hi Wicksta, I know I emailed you some weeks ago now but getting a BT line installed is a complete joke, they have sent out a total of 3 engineers now over 3 weeks and they have all gone to the wrong address despite me getting a text message the day before with my correct address in. Attempt number 4 will be taking place next Friday so I'll send you an email when I have a phone number.
 
Now o2 are asking me for an employee eim number lol, did anybody else have to jump through all these hoops ? should i just ring them back and try and get through to another person ?
 
I switched from Be* to O2 recently and speed is very mixed.
I used to get constant 16mbit 24/7 and since moving to O2 speed is sometimes upto 13mbit, during the afternoon and the evening hovering around 2-3mbit.

I havn't changed any setting on my router since the switch over but looking at the custom setting for Be* and O2, both setting seems to be same on my Netgear DG834GT Router:

Multiplexing - LLC-Based
VPI - 0
VCI - 101
Require Login - No
IP - Dynamically from ISP
DNS - Dynamically from ISP
NAT - Enable

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 15941 kbps 1313 kbps
Line Attenuation 23.5 db 13.0 db
Noise Margin 7.1 db 6.6 db
 
Does your sync rate or SNR margin change at all? Any change in the number of errors (if your modem even gives that)?
 
Well what a ballache that was, the offer is great, but i must have spent 2 hours on the phone today and yesterday before i got through to someone who could help.

Finally got me set up and the order is in progress but she is saying that all i can have is the standard package even though im in an llu area, i explained that with the friends and family deal you get the best connection you can have, so i dont know what im going to end up with.. ive also got to take the router back i was told i needed from the o2 store.

Just a random question but do either of you chaps in O2 leeds happen to know Kirsty G in business accounts? Can she sort this deal for me if so? :)
