He's probably sleeping, working or killing puppies so i'll tentatively answer this. How long will we be waiting for this build log?

loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool
correct. i'm still undecided about the case :/ the cheapest is obvs just to reuse current case and cooling. He may not do a full build log if he sticks to his original case - perhaps some basic money shots at the beginning and end to satisfy Orbi's lascivious needs.
However, if he invests in the rvz03 (and it keeps popping up), it will be of considerable interest as it will have the 'difficulty factor' added (always fascinating watching peoples will to live dissolve in-front of you) plus it's an interesting case/design and, no matter which way you spin it, it will have decent components crow-barred into it. All-in-all would make for interesting build log, but...
You've got the time - i would perhaps build in your present case and if you feel underwhelmed when finished - you have other choices.aaarg...i dunno lol
yeah. that's what i'm thinking. current case, then new case if i want to later down the line. You've got the time - i would perhaps build in your present case and if you feel underwhelmed when finished - you have other choices.
what sort of temps all you getting? also do you use the aorus smart fan 5 software to control your fans?Oh right. I’ve got a Corsair H100i and I can only hear it when it ramps up, and that’s only when doing really intensive stuff like benching and rendering video. When gaming it stays pretty quiet. But that’s probably because the 3900 is so powerful it just chills on around 10% utilisation when gaming.
Getting about 35 when idle, maxing out at 75-78 at full load. Haven’t done any work with fans at all. I just let it do it’s thing. Pretty quiet all the time though. Like I say, the only thing I hear is the AIO cooler.what sort of temps all you getting? also do you use the aorus smart fan 5 software to control your fans?
That's better than my temps I have a gigabyte elite x570 with a 3700x and I'm getting around 45-50 in idle and I use an aio cooler also while gaming it doesn't seem to be boosting to 4.4ghz the highest I've seen it is 4.275ghzGetting about 35 when idle, maxing out at 75-78 at full load. The Pro has debug led's, better VRM cooling, USB-C, more fan headers, slightly better onboard sound (ALC1220 instead of ALC1200).
Off the top of my head I think the pcb uses 6 layers instead of 4 & the VRM is slightly different too, international rectifier components instead of Infineon's DrMOS.
Registered for my steam vouchers the other day but not even had a confirmation email. Is this similar to experience of others?
You don't get a confirmation email, you'll get the codes roughly 5-6 days later.Registered for my steam vouchers the other day but not even had a confirmation email. Is this similar to experience of others?
Perhaps a BIOS limitation(?) as that's the minimum motherboard default for a 65W processor - this was an issue for someone using an x470 too, but must have been on a different forum as can't find the thread.Any way to increase PPT beyone 88W on a 3700X?
Though Ryzen Master allows me to select values above 88W they don't do anything, and might be going blind, but I can't see anything anything in the BIOS. Everything else is maxed out and this is the only thing that seems to be limiting me.
