New Wraith event meant to be starting this week. X2 XP this coming weekend and rumour of Shotgun/Sniper only games. Sounds like heaven to me!

For only 500 coins they could sell a lot of Apex packs. It’ll be interesting to see if they mention sales.

Yes. Sure you can buy cosmetics but you also get some packs as you level up. Hit up the now unofficial Discord, there's around half a dozen regular players on most nights. Oh it's on Origin.

Got to say I am really enjoying the snipers and shotguns only game mode, which is weird as I generally avoid them in the main game mode

Went back on Apex after playing too much pubg and it was like a breath of fresh air. Smooth gameplay, nice gunfights, fast paced, everything pubg isn't.

Yea this, I would happily have bought this game. And will invest my pennies if they sort the s☆☆t servers out. As its stands 20hz servers in this day and age are just embarrassing.

the only things you can buy change skins of guns and characters and give you a melee weapon instead of a fist (both do same damage).

so it's free to play.

it's not pay to win.

you don't need to pay to open normal boxes. but you do special limited event boxes.

I know it's probably frowned upon, but I recently made my own crosshair in Photoshop and I am able to use it in game via the Geforce overlay. I've been playing so much better with it.

Geforce overlay is whitelisted too so it isn't classed as a cheat, etc.

Anyone else? here had some weird audio issues since that last little update a few weeks ago.

Team mates and gun fire sound drown out, it's so frustrating I've had to stop playing it.

Any fixes?

SOOOOOOOOOOOO glad it's not me....

The audio is AWFUL currently for me- unplayable......very glitchy, patchy sounds etc - literally just got killed by a team of 3 players and I heard no footsteps at all.

I too have started to move away from PUBG to Apex and it's nice to fully loot up and get fighting all within a minute or two.
