Apex Legends BR

Can't say I agree with that, someone who isn't that good shouldn't get to play with the fun toys because they don't reach your standard?

I'll regularly give higher tier armour/meds to more aggressive characters, as it's best for the team, but the only way anyone will get better with something is using it.
Guns handle differently when fully tricked out compared to no attachments, can't be good if you've never tried it

I think I was paired up with someone that was cheating yesterday. Had in insane amount of kills to his name in the banners and after the initial loot would race off, face up to the next team, and before we could even catch up to try and assist, the other team was wiped out - happened about 6 times in row - only finally downed at the end by a really well organised team.

I still like it overall, but I understand the thought that its missing something. Really not sure what that is though. I think what I find lets the game down is that the game can be over in seconds for you ... and then its back to the wait of matchmaking, selection, champion, drop, die. It can be a very disproportionate balance of short play -v- longer waiting.

I think what would make an interesting addition would be some sort of smaller, skirmish sandbox arena as a practise instant respawn deathmatch play session option ... wouldn't count towards your skill level or experience though.

Imagine you had a few start stations and much smaller arena of the same type of buildings in the large map. At each station you're behind a shield where you have the basic selection of guns and ammo like the tutorial ( and perhaps a basic sheild / helmet ). Once loaded up, you step through the sheild into the arena ... and thats you till you are killed / out of ammo. On death you respawn back to a start station leaving no deathbox.

That way you can practise whatever character, weapons, tactics you want without the long wait. Gives you a bit more time to actually play and engage. ... Will never happen though.

In my fantasy world two cops would show up at these peoples houses, informing the cheats mother /partner that they were there for the offender. Pepper spraying the cheat and throwing them in the wagon before driving them to a remote place and leaving them there.

Or from the point of view of someone that has played other BR games - 'It's great that you never have to sit watching your team mates for 30 minutes having been downed at the drop. And even when it is over, you're back in a game so quickly!' :)

Just had a cheat on my team, we won, I raged at him telling him to at least hide his cheats without zipping around the map at warp speed

Erm... sure... that would be the decent thing to do...

Don't rage at him for cheating, rage at him for not hiding it

Decent thing you should have done was quit if you knew he was cheating, i wouldn't be saying you won tbh

Why ? Quitting isn't going to get him banned or stop him cheating, so I may as well get the easy exp for battlepass grind and just report him for cheating instead of punishing myself just to gain some moral points that are utterly meaningless

Wow morals are meaningless okay, I'll just leave this conversation here and now

If you wanna get a win by piggy backing off cheaters enjoy I guess

Hahaha, they call that boosting and its bad as cheating.
Morals are priceless, learn the value without it its worthless

you may as well be using the cheats yourself, sorry but this is just endorsing cheats.

Your reactions are pretty lame to be honest

Best stick to singleplayer games if you react this way to somebody who through no fault of their own got matched with a cheater and decided to just report him and take a free win

Seriously.... talk about flakes of snow and over reactions

Sure, if it makes you feel better, put down the people who like morals and don't encourage/help cheaters.

I'm with you on this one. There's no wrong or right answer here really. Quitting is just spiting yourself, playing on... is making you as bad as a cheater, lol. No one likes cheaters and there are some snow flakes on here.

Whats the positives of him quitting? I don't see them. It's not like XP gets you anything that can give you an advantage in this games. People like to moan, just to moan sometimes.
